You are absolutely true.The points that you have mentioned quite perfect because seed are really important for routine life nutrients.They are all the nutritional benefits, provide calories in the hand when we need it, the variety as a mixture of dried fruit, and our food. The pumpkin and sunflower seeds can be eaten raw or roasted. Raw is best, of course, but roast stay fresh for longer storage.

There are many seeds available and all has it's own importance. I would like to mention some of the benefits of chia seeds. I think many of them would have even not heard about it. The chia seeds are great for athletes and for diabetic patient . Chia seeds are high in fiber and in healthy oils making them an excellent addition to many detox programs.
